Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Quality Guarantee

If there are any issues with the quality of the product, such as it being broken or defective upon arrival, you can still return it within the 30-day period. We ensure that any quality-related issues are resolved to your satisfaction.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

  • Quality Issues: If you are returning an item due to a defect or a quality issue, we will provide a shipping label and cover the costs of both the return shipping and the original shipping costs.

International Returns
